Day 10: Tel Aviv / Tiberias. Arrival at Ben Gurion Airport. We are met, assisted and escorted to the Galilee by aviatours staff. Dinner and overnight.

Day 11: Capernaum / Tabgha / Mt. of Beatitudes / Magdala / Mt. Tabor / Jordan River. After breakfast, we drive to Capernaum to visit the ruins of an ancient synagogue and the Byzantine chapel at the site of Peter's House. We then continue to Tabgha, the site of the Multiplication of the Loaves and the Fish, the Mount of Beatitudes, and Magdala, home of Mary Magdalene. After lunch we will ascend to Mt. Tabor - the site of the transfiguration of Jesus. Our last visit today will be to the Baptismal site at the Jordan River, where those who wish, may renew their Baptism in this unique place. Return to our hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 12: Nazareth / Cana / Jordan Valley / Jericho / Jerusalem. Today, we visit Cana where the first miracle of Jesus took place, and continue to Nazareth to visit the Church of the Annunciation (built over the Holy Family's home). Our day continues heading south along the Jordan Valley to visit Jericho and view the Dead Sea. We then pass by the Inn of the Good Samaritan on our way to Jerusalem. Dinner and overnight in Jerusalem.

Day 13: Jerusalem / Bethlehem. This morning, we spend time getting to know this glorious ancient city: a short drive brings us to the Mount of Olives and a panoramic view of both the "oldÓ and "new" Jerusalem, where we visit the Chapel of the Ascension and follow the path down the Palm Sunday road to the Garden of Gethsemane and the nearby Church of All Nations. We then take a short drive through the Kidron Valley to reach Absalom's and Zachariah's Tomb. We will enter the Old City of Jerusalem through the Dung Gate, then continue to Mount Zion (King David's tomb) and the Upper Room, site of the Last Supper. We will then visit the Church of the Holy Sepulchre. Our last stop of the day is the "little town of Bethlehem..." and its' Church of the Nativity and its Grottos. Our day ends with dinner and preparations for our flight back home, or overnight stay if you stay longer.

Day 14: Flight Israel - USA. Arrival home in America or:

Day 14: Qumran / Dead Sea / Masada / Jerusalem. We will drive south to the Dead Sea, through the Jordan Valley to Qumran, to visit the caves where the Dead Sea Scrolls were found. We'll stop at the site of Ein Gedi, where David spared the life of King Saul, and then continue on to Masada, the palace-fort built by King Herod. Here, in 73 A.D., 960 Jewish zealots committed suicide rather than surrender to the Romans. The plateau is reached via a cable car ride with a spectacular view of the plains surrounding it . Dinner and overnight in Jerusalem.

Day 15: The way of the cross/The western wall/The new city. Early morning departure towards the Lion Gate. We shall walk the way of the Cross passing through the 14 stations until we arrive at the calvary in the Holy Sepulchre Church. If possible we will have a Eucharist at the Chapel of the Resurrection. Next we visit the modern city of Jerusalem, the Israeli Parliament (Knesset), the Yad Va Shem Museum (the Holocaust Museum). We will visit the Wailing Wall (the Western Wall) - the last remains of the Temple built by King Solomon-, the RabbiÕs Tunnel or the El-Aqsa Mosque. Our day ends with dinner and overnight in our hotel in Jerusalem, or dinner and a night flight back home.

Day 16: Arrival home in America. Welcome back. You have just returned from a lifetime pilgrimage.
